Works alongside your systems.Writes to none of them.
Loopa reads the documents your sites upload and, where your EDC is connected, the data entered in it. Access is read-only, scoped to the study, and granted by whoever owns the system.
Request a demoOne inbox, whatever the route.
Source documents uploaded directly to Loopa or received through an available repository connection come together in Document Staging for review.
Every connection, with its status.
As of October 2026. Medidata Rave is live, and Microsoft SharePoint is available. Other connections are assessed individually for technical feasibility, access permissions, and study needs. On request means feasibility review. It does not mean a connector is already built or that delivery is committed.
Document review can run without an EDC connection. Export requirements and available formats are confirmed for the study.

What your access team will ask.
Whoever administers a system reviews a request like this before granting it. These are the questions, and the answers we give in writing.
Security and dataWhy an interface, and not a read-only user account?
Source-to-EDC verification compares site documents with the data entered, field by field. That needs the data in structured form. A user account shows one screen at a time.
What can the account do?
Read. Loopa does not enter, change or delete data, and it does not open, answer or close queries.
How far does it reach?
Access scope is agreed with the system owner for the study. Confirm the available permission controls during setup.
How is the data used?
Data-handling terms, including any restrictions on model training, are addressed in the security and contractual review.
Does Loopa need direct identifiers from the EDC?
Confirm the required fields and subject identifiers during study setup.
How does access end?
The system owner controls the granted access. Revocation and retained-data handling are addressed during setup.
Discuss the systems your study uses.
