("Loopa," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit loopalogic.com or otherwise interact with us as a prospective customer, partner, or business contact. It does not cover information we process on behalf of customers when delivering our services or platform. That processing is governed by our written agreements with those customers, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable.

Information you provide: when you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for early access, we collect what you submit, typically your name, work email, company, role, and message. If you request access to sponsor pricing, we collect your work email to verify access.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, we receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring source, pages viewed, and server logs used to operate and secure the site.
We do not collect protected health information through this website. Please do not submit patient information through our forms.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, verify sponsor pricing access, send product updates where you have agreed to receive them, operate, secure, and improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. Where the law of your location requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to and developing business relationships, your consent where required, steps you request before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. If you verify your email to view sponsor pricing, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in to that area for up to 30 days. It is not used for advertising. Our hosting provider may also set a technical cookie needed to deliver the website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but sponsor pricing access may not work without it.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, including website hosting (Replit), email (Microsoft), and website analytics (Plausible). They process information on our instructions under written agreements. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen.
